  • MINIMUM RENTAL
Alldrive Canada has a minimum rental period depending on the availability of units and time of the year. Although our quote program will calculate an inquiry for any number of days, Alldrive Canada may revise the quote to meet it's minimum rental for that time period. There is a minimum of 3 days rental between September 15 and June 15 on some of the vehicles. On holiday weekends this is increased to 4 days minimum. The Class A, Luxury Class C and all trailerhome combinations have a one week minimum year round. Between June 15 and September 15, and between December 22 and January 2 there is a one week minimum on all units. One way rentals are always a minimum of one week. We do not rent the trailerhomes or campers without the tow vehicle.

  • SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of $1000 is required at departure and is refunded when the vehicle and/or adventure equipment is returned in a clean, undamaged condition, complete with all accessories. If LDW (Loss Damage Waiver) is not chosen, an additional $2000 is held on a credit card preauthorization. A credit card imprint is also taken for all rentals as a proof copy for charges made without the cardholder present.

  • VEHICLE COLLECTION/RETURN
Rates are calculated by the night. Vehicle pick up times are between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 pm. All clients must contact Alldrive Canada in advance to schedule their vehicle collection. Vehicles must be returned and keys handed over between 8:00 am and 10:00 am on the last day. The waste tanks must be emptied before the vehicle is returned. Customers handing over units after 10:00 am will be charged late charges unless prior arrangements have been made. Remember, another customer is waiting for your vehicle.
